The Ravines of Lindsay neighbourhood is located in north-west of downtown Lindsay. The neighbourhood is bordered by Angeline Street N to the east, Thunderbridge Rd. to the north, Highway 35 to the west and Richard Ave to the south. The Victoria Rail Trail stretches from Lindsay to Kinmount, Ontario. It can be accessed just a few blocks east of the Ravines neighbourhood, at Victoria Junction. The trail is 55 km long and is used year-round for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. The trail follows the former CN rail line which was constructed beginning in 1874.
