My Step-By-Step Plan to sell your home has a 100% success rate.

01. The Initial Meeting

In our first meeting I will ask you to show me your home.  I will take notes and get to know both you and your home.  Getting a good sense of the property is critical for my next steps, and getting to know you and understanding your goals and concerns is critical to providing an exceptional experience.  In this first meeting I will bring with me some recently sold listings in your neighbourhood, to begin the process of determining your home's market value.

02. The Recomendations

After viewing your home, I will prepare a list of recommendations, in priority order, that may add value to your home, or help your home sell faster.  These might be as simple as minor repairs and decluttering, and may go as far as painting or staging.  It will be your decision as to what items you wish to complete prior to listing, and I will be here to help check as many items off your list as you'd like!

03. The Photography

When your home is ready, myself and my professional media team will set a date and time to complete photography, videography, Matterport (3D tour software) and drone imaging.  This step provides ample marketing material to bring your property to MLS.

Following the signing of some important paperwork, your home will go live on MLS, Realtor.ca and dozens of sites which pull data from these platforms.
